First built in the 1920's for British non-commissioned officers and their families, Medway Park is considered one of the Black and White houses that evoke a sense of nostalgia and magnificence. Nearly a century old, these houses were once home to colonial mandarins, magistrates, magnates and towkays (local businessmen) in the early days of Singapore’s development.
Today, these houses are available for rental and serves mainly the families of students from United World College South East Asia (UWCSEA).
