A: Existing SRX Members without an STProperty subscription automatically gain access to STProperty account. This means listings posted via SRX automatically show up on STProperty without the member's intervention.
A: To post, edit or delete a listing, use SRX Agent Connect or www.srx.com.sg as you normally would. All changes are automatically reflected on STProperty.
Effective 1 January 2015, once we have completed the SRX and STProperty integration, you will be able to use your SRX User ID and Password to access SRX.com.sg, stproperty.sg, and SRX Enterprise.
A: No change to your existing ST Property services. However, you do NOT have access to SRX Enterprise. To subscribe to SRX Enterprise, you can upgrade to an SRX professional, investor, or expert package at a prorated price.
A: No. Once your package expires, we will no longer offer only ST Property services. As of 1 November, SRX and STProperty offer four types of packages, Lite, Professional, Investor, and Expert.
A: No changes except that now you will be able to access the entire platform from one entry point. SRX Members with an existing STProperty subscription will continue to ride out the old contract with STProperty.
