Located right beside the Malaysia-Singapore borders, where Johor is a drive away, Woodlands provides Singaporeans and Expats with easy access for a mini getaway to another country.
Despite being considered as a non-mature town, Woodlands is home to one of Singapore's largest shopping mall: Causeway Point. A variety of facilities are offered around the area too, like the National Library, Sembawang Hot Spring, 24-hours eateries like Primz Bizhub, etc. While there are many forms of lifestyle and entertainment facilities offered in Woodlands, greeneries such as Woodlands Waterfront Park and Woodlands Town Garden are in the area too. Even though Woodlands have developed over the years, landmarks such as the Arasakesari Sivan Temple which is a Hindu temple built in 1930 still remains.
The new BTO in Woodlands would have 170 units of 3-room and 4-room.
