Tengah May 2023 BTO

Tengah will be having two launches in the upcoming May 2023 BTO exercise adding an estimated 2950 units of 2-Room Flexi, 3-Room, 4-Room and 5-Room flats to the town. The smaller site is located at Plantation Close and within walking distance to the future Jurong Region Line (JRL) MRT Station. Whilst, the bigger site is located at Tengah Park Avenue, close to a proposed Bus-Interchange and walkable to a proposed Jurong Region Line (JRL) MRT Station. It is also next to the future Anglo-Chinese Primary School (ACS). Other options to access other parts of Singapore can be via bus services at the Bus-Interchange; and Kranji Expressway (KJE), Pan-Island Expressway (PIE) and Bukit Timah Expressway (BKE).

Educational institutions in the neighbourhood include the future Anglo-Chinese Primary School (ACS), Dunearn Secondary School, future Bukit View Primary School, St. Anthony's Primary School, ITE College West, Choa Chu Kang Primary School, Concord Primary School, Bukit Panjang Government High School, Swiss Cottage Secondary School, Dulwich College (Singapore), Bukit Batok Secondary School, Princess Elizabeth Primary School, Jurongville Secondary School, Jurong Primary School, Fuhua Secondary School and Dazhong Primary School, amongst others. This town will have many new features and being the first town to integrate housing developments with the surrounding greenery and biodiversity; first to have a car-free town centre next to a lush green park; first to have town-wide smart technologies; and there will be walking and cycling paths along all roads amongst others.

Other amenities such as health and medical care centres, civic and community institution will be built in the vicinity too. To fulfil your dining and retail needs, you can head to Keat Hong Shopping Centre, Choa Chu Kang Market, Lot One Shoppers' Mall and Le Quest Shopping Mall. Alternatively, you can go to Junction 10, Hillion Mall at Bukit Panjang and West Mall at Bukit Batok. The smaller site is located close to the Pan-Island Expressway (PIE), some units might be affected by vehicle noise, however the noise impact might be buffered by the proposed park in between them. In our opinion, the bigger site will be more popular given its proximity to ACS Primary School and accessibility to future amenities surrounding it.
