Tampines GreenGem offers 1,086 units of 2-Room Flexi, 3-Room, 4-Room and 5-Room flats. The site is located very near to Tampines West MRT Station as well as the Tampinese Expressway, which provide the future residents with excellent accessibility to the rest of the island. Unlike previous BTO launches in Tampines, which are mainly located in Tampines North, Tampines GreenGem is located right next to Tampines West MRT Station.
Tampines GreenGem will appeal to the young families as the development is surrounded by reputable educational institutions such as Temasek Polytechnic, Junyuan Primary School, East View Primary School, Tampines Primary / Secondary School, St Hilda's Primary / Secondary School and Springfield Secondary School. The area is equally well equipped with outdoor recreational facilities and future residents could expect to spend time with their friends and families in nearby parks such as Bedok Reservoir Park. However, the neighbourhood has relatively few retail amenities and residents need to go to Tampines Central for grocery shopping.
