Good morning/afternoon/evening. Very sincerely. there may be quite a bit to say, having closed more than a Thousand cases through the years. A Survivor with a long history is a fact in itself, I believe.
What's important is to listen to the clients' requirements and right sizing the solution for the clients. In a patient, diligent and fact based manner. Then the client can make an informed decision with clarity and confidence.

Who Am I?
Good morning/afternoon/evening. And a warm Welcome😊
I have been a real estate agent for some 30 years now. I run my own firm, to serve you better, with commitment and diligence. As per always, I look from the angle of the requirements of the clients.
And do my best to offer choices for them to make. And fulfil their property needs as much as possible. A hands-on problem solving approach, to right fit the solution for your requirements.
For Rentals, which we do a lot, we are attentive to your requirements, throughout the term and beyond. We work with a good team of relevant tradesman and hands-on professionals to resolve issues that may crop up along the way.
For Sale and Purchase, we can enlist the help of lawyers and relevant professionals e.g Bankers and Valuers to help you get the best possible outcome.
To enable a good knowledgeable level of service, I graduated with 2 degrees – BA and LLB.
In addition, I attend upgrading courses regarding the property trade in order to help us serve you better.
I also speak Mandarin and some Chinese dialects fluently. I can also handle simple Malay and some basic Japanese which I had picked up along the way (not fluent though…).
