In Geylang, the highest Transaction-Over-Xvalue percentage is in 106 Aljunied Cres at 10.78%. The deal was transacted at $370,000 when the X-Value is $334,000.
In Jurong West, the highest Transaction-Over-Xvalue percentage is in 274A Jurong West Ave 3 at 10.05%. The deal was transacted at $460,000 when the X-Value is $418,000.
In Bukit Panjang, the highest Transaction-Over-Xvalue percentage is in 210 Petir Rd at 17.44%. The deal was transacted at $478,000 when the X-Value is $407,000.
This means that thees buyers overpaid for their HDB homes.

In Jurong West, the lowest Transaction-Over-Xvalue percentage is in 661B Jurong West St 64 at -11.31%. The deal was transacted at $400,000 when the X-Value is $451,000.
In Bukit Panjang, the lowest Transaction-Over-Xvalue percentage is in 458 Segar Rd at -4.58%. The deal was transacted at $375,000 when the X-Value is $393,000.
