StreetSine Launches Sevi Chatbot and Makes Singapore Property Information More Accessible to Consumers and Professionals.
4 July 2016. StreetSine Technology Group announces the launch of Sevi, an Artificial Intelligence (AI) ChatBot, that answers questions about Singapore Property and helps real estate agents guide their clients through the buying and renting process.
Sevi is available on the following platforms: Facebook Messenger (search Sevi – SRX Property), SRX.com.sg, STProperty.sg, SPH digital widgets, SRX Property’s Agent Connect and myProperty Tracker. As other carrier platforms, like Whats App and WeChat, start to carry chatbots, StreetSine will make Sevi available to them.
Sevi interacts with humans using common English text, also known as Natural Language Processing (NLP). She learns from her interactions so that she is always improving her service to agents and consumers.
Sevi can answer very complex questions, ranging from market valuations to listing availability to plot ratio, in a matter of seconds. Also, she can compare properties and steer consumers to qualified real estate agents.
Why is Sevi important to real estate?
Sevi is short for Search, Evaluate, Valuation, and Initiate transactions. This means she can answer most property-related questions. For example, what properties are for sale and rent near Orchard MRT? Is it cheaper to rent near Novena MRT or Newton MRT? For how much can I sell my home? Sevi is a game-changer for two reasons. First, she speaks English and gives users the answers to questions as opposed to telling them where to search, which is what conventional search platforms like Google do. Second, by making knowledge accessible to everyone, she brings transparency, clarity, and efficiency to the complex process of transacting and financing real estate.
Why are chatbots, in general, game-changers?
