I had initially met Jielun to purchase an apartment purely for the purpose of investment through rental income. He then actively sought and shortlisted appropriate ones within my set criteria of price, location and future capital potential, thus eased my decision making. Once the unit obtained TOP, Jielun promptly advised the appropriate prevailing market price for rental. And I concluded a tenancy agreement within three days of delivery of the keys. A few years have past, and am on to my third tenant now. Jielun has been the go-to agent communicating with my tenants and ensuring the proper maintenance of my property.

Shin Ee and Jielun are diligent, organised, helpful and very considerate, likely the best agents I have worked with. We met when I was searching for a property to purchase, after meeting almost ten different agents and viewing tens of units. They not only helped find the ideal property, they have also been managing it ever since. Knowing that the unit is in very good hands leaves me with great peace as I am constantly stationed abroad. No doubt that I would continue to work with them.

In assisting me with the sale of my flat, Shin Ee and Jielun demonstrated their expertise and knowledge in the property market around my area. They were able to offer me good advice during the pricing of my unit. They were quite resourceful in their marketing strategy which helped created many viewings from genuine buyers and brought in many offers for my unit. I was able to sell my flat quickly at a price higher than my desired price.

We guess it’s fate/destiny that brought both Shin Ee and Jielun into our life, out of the thousands of agents. And I consider them not only as our advisor, our sales agent nor chauffeur to site visits, but as a lovely couple and a friend. They have been very professional throughout the whole process of selling our existing and purchasing our new. But the most important factor is their service. They have always been there for us (like SIRI on iPhone, “ask and you shall receive”). Thank you!

I would like to compliment Yang Jielun for his excellent service rendered. He responded quickly to my request for renting out my HDB apartment in Clementi Avenue 2 by putting out advertisement and advised me on the best rental price due to my property’s good location. He updated on all his viewings so that I don’t miss out on any opportunity.

Since this was my first experience being a landlord, he was considerate to guide me through the entire rental process and made the process smooth and “hiccups-free”. He looked after my interests as a landlord during the rental terms negotiation and made sure all the tenancy documents are in good order.
