I am writing this testimonial for my property agent Mandy Tan who had successfully sold my 5 RM HDB flat. Mandy assisted me with a swift sale of my apartment and within my price expectations. My unit was tenanted and had to be handed over with vacant possession. In addition, it was during the first ever circuit breaker that Singapore had experienced which posed a major challenge to the tenant and family in finding another ideal apartment without physical viewings. Hi PropNex management, I would like to commend your agent, Mandy Tan, for her fantastic service! I was looking for temporary housing as my house is going to undergoes renovation in the near future. It was an uphill task as we search the web and reach out to no less than 30 agents. Most were not even interested to carry on a conversation the moment that know that it is temporary accommodation of 3 mths. I seriously suspect he professionalism of these agent(I suspect they are only interested in high commission deal). To cut the story short, my wife called Mandy(found in her flyer).
