My name is Jeremy, and I specialize in identifying value investments to help home owners in the West upgrade to Central area homes
Background
I've spent the last 7 years serving MNCs, developers and building owners as they enhance their real estate through space planning. During this time, I did product marketing for a Dutch consumer goods MNC. This taught me to analyse trends, predict future opportunities and to spot growth opportunities.
In 2016, while analysing the 2030 Population White Paper, I saw the potential in residential real estate and decided to make a switch. I set aside $50,000 to give me a kickstart and embarked on the steep learning curve to enter Real Estate.
My first step was to interview top leaders and producers across different agencies. I identified Propnex's PNG Powerful Negotiators as a group that offered both great learning opportunities and a platform for success. Within PNG, I then decided to join Benjamin Tan, the Propnex West Zone leader with a proven track record of growing champion leaders.
I am now guiding buyers to make sound real estate investments based on market data, on when and what to purchase, as well as their exit strategy for their investment. I look forward to serve you in growing your wealth through property.
