its electronic network.
Validated ListingsTM are listings that have been processed and authenticated by SRX and its Member
Companies in accordance with the rules and regulations prescribed by the industry's regulator, the
Council for Estate Agencies (CEA). This means you can be confident that, when you and your agent
contact the listing agent, you should be able to quickly arrange a viewing.
SRX HouseHunt is a complimentary app designed specifically for the property-hunter to access the latest
Validated ListingsTM on the go, whenever and wherever.
In addition, you can set the Home Alert feature to notify you when a new Validated ListingTM matching
your criteria is posted to SRX's electronic network, which consists of Singapore's leading Estate Agencies
and their thousands of active agents.
Finally, use the app's free messaging service, StreetSine Messaging (SSM), to contact an SRX participating agent for real-time
pricing information and a home viewing.
