SRX HouseHunt is the perfect tool to START your search for the right home at the right price!

At SRX, we understand that it is frustrating for property-hunters to have to sift through a plethora of listings in the real estate classifieds and Internet. It is a well-known secret in Singapore that too many home listings are duplicates of authentic listings or purely marketing exercises.

SRX, a consortium of the leading Estate Agencies in Singapore, is committed to improving the experience of identifying a home to view. As a result, SRX allows only Validated ListingsTM to be posted throughout its electronic network.

Validated ListingsTM are listings that have been processed and authenticated by SRX and its Member Companies in accordance with the rules and regulations prescribed by the industry's regulator, the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA). This means you can be confident that, when you and your agent contact the listing agent, you should be able to quickly arrange a viewing.

SRX HouseHunt is a complimentary app designed specifically for the property-hunter to access the latest Validated ListingsTM on the go, whenever and wherever.

In addition, you can set the Home Alert feature to notify you when a new Validated ListingTM matching your criteria is posted to SRX's electronic network, which consists of Singapore's leading Estate Agencies and their thousands of active agents.

Finally, use the app's free messaging service, StreetSine Messaging (SSM), to contact an SRX participating agent for real-time pricing information and a home viewing.

Since SRX permits only Validated ListingTM to be posted on SRX HouseHunt, you will find a few thousand listings as opposed to tens of thousands of listings found in advertising platforms. Therefore, we recommend that you begin your search with SRX HouseHunt and then, if you cannot find a home or agent that suits your purposes, you can expand your search to the advertising platforms.
