STREETSINE Technology Group on Monday announced the launch of its print and digital magazine to be included as a quarterly insert in The Straits Times.

The SRX Property Magazine is a joint project with StreetSine's majority shareholder, Singapore Press Holdings (SPH). It aims to chronicle the evolution of Singapore's real estate and provide property analysis, reference guides, and expert opinions.

"Singapore is quickly becoming one of the most vibrant commercial and property hubs in Asia. We hope that this magazine will help homeowners, investors, and other property enthusiasts better understand and monitor the market," said Sam Baker, co-founder and CEO of SRX Property, an information exchange operated by StreetSine.

The first print issue of the magazine will be distributed on March 5 and will include property scorecards and expert opinions, a reference guide on new property projects, information on property bargains, profiles and transaction information on selected prime district neighbourhoods, as well as a reference guide on rental yields.

"StreetSine manages property portals with X-Listing Price and the highest quality listings in the market. As such, we are in a unique position to report on the ins and outs and ups and downs of the market," said Jeremy Lee, co-founder and chief technology officer of SRX Property.

The print edition will be sent to 100,000 households in Singapore's prime districts, while the digital version will be released across SPH Digital's network.
