Meet Chris.
Chris is an associate division director in ERA leading a team of elite agents with over 100 years of combined real estate practice in Singapore.
Chris has earned multiple awards and good reviews in ERA as seen here in Propertyguru reviews. She started her real estate career with two reputable consultancy firms marketing luxury properties. She represented developers in Singapore and overseas exhibitions and sold local projects overseas such as Corals at Keppel Bay.
Chris notable sales includes $6.7 million worth of transactions at Marina Bay Suites, $11.5 million at Havelock II, $8.6 million at Duo Residences and $10.4 million at Corals at Keppel Bay.
Chris does not hard sell and sells with her heart. She believes that prudent real estate investment is a good forced savings for retirement.
